And yet, it differs from other daily routines, such as food, sleep, household, etc. The special feature of leisure is not the activity itself, but the mood with which it is done.

In turn, leisure is an important part of the well-being of individuals, as it allows them to be distracted from their daily activities, which contributes to their mental and emotional well-being, by allowing them temporary escapes from their jobs and family activities. In addition, while these activities often involve games, sports or physical exercise, they also contribute to the well-being and physical health of individuals.
