The poetic technique that Robert Browning used in his poem "My Last Duchess" is enjambment. 
That technique means that the thought found in one line of the poem does not end with the end of that line, but rather continues into the following line. There are no harsh endings of thought at the end of one line.

It can start off with doing small things like babysitting for your neighbors or to bigger things like volunteering at shelters and homes. Students can also be active citizens by doing well with school and participating in sports which in turn can benefit your community in the future. You don't even need to enroll yourself into things, just being a citizen that takes care of the community, like picking up your trash, and small things like that, even if you don't think they can.
