hey,so i dont really work and im a high school student but i think i can help you.i try getting successful in my work when i have motivation and i think what all my work is for.i have dreams and goals i would love fullfilling and i have people around me like friends and family who would be proud of me for it.i personally think when having job you would have to work hard and after you would just keep getting used to that hard work everyday and it woud be more easier afterwards.i dont know your profession and this wouldve been more easier to answer if you did tell it but every job and profession has success in diffrent ways
in order to be successful..you have to be trained and well prepared for the challenges you may face. You don't have to overwork yourself and add stress which can interfetre with your health, but yoy can work harder. if you also want to be successful, I'll suggest you should take financial classes, or he financially smart.
honestly this is a corny explain on how to be successful since I'm a little too young to understand how..but this is all from what i know
