As per the learning cycle proposed by Kolb, social workers tend to have a 'diverging' learning style as they display an interest in the senses, as well as, emotions of people. <u>Kathy would be characterized as a 'diverger' as she views the 'bigger picture' and gathers the necessary information in order to apply them into the coherent whole</u>. <u>She is concerned about the emotions of the people</u>and this course she joins to get new ideas for reflective observation.
