It brings back memories to certain or rather common thing that may occur in life, varying on what people experience you can imagine that they are in a traffic jam with quite an accident down the road or more. You can also imagine the constant flashes of red lights in front of you and all the stress you would have if you were in need of going to work.
The issue that brings to mind is that it looks like a polluted environment so it is bad for the lungs and is just as bad as second hand smoking (breathing in the smoke air)
