The bill has to be voted on by both houses of Congress. If they both vote for the bill to become a law, the bill is sent to the President of the United States. He or she can choose whether or not to sign the bill. If the president signs the bill, it becomes a law.

I had stolen a lot of things and got caught by a security camera. I learned that no matter what you do, facing the problem head on has a much better chance of you being able to explain yourself and getting a better outcome. running from your problems will lead to the worst possible outcome
