Explanation:

Egg whites are a rich source of biotin (a vitamin)

Raw egg whites contain a protein avidin which can bind biotin and stops/inhibits its absorption from gut.

However, if we cook the egg white, avidin is denatured (looses its three dimentional structure) and does not bind biotin anymore.
