Answer And Explanation:

De.mocrats are sheep because they listen to the govern.ment too much and follow along. The term "sheep" comes from mindlessly following the shepard, or in this case, the gove.rnment. How they do this is they slap on a mask and call it a done deal without a reason, (and they have no idea that 'C.ovid' is the common cold.) If you have a gove.rner like Newso.m, it's even worse, (hes even trying to make the sheep wear two ma.sks, and some of them are falling for it!) Back to the answer, democ.rats are shee.p because the go.vernment gives them unemploy.ment checks, and they want to "respect the governm.ent."

Oof I took this question too seriously. You can report me I don't care lol.

When holden imagines living in a cabin near the woods, what rule does he have for his visitors?
user100 [1]

The Catcher in the Rye was written by J.D. Salinger in 1951. The story is about an angry teenage boy named Holden Caulfield, who tells the story about his adventures before Christmas. Even though it isn't specified in the book it is implied that he is living in a mental facility.

Answer:

Holden would allow their relatives to visit on holidays. He would let his brother visit for a while if he wanted a quite place for his writing, but he wouldn't be able to write any movies only stories and books. Holden disapproved the fact that his veteran older brother liked to write movies. Nobody could do anything phony when they visited him. If they did anything phony they would have to go. He uses the word phony to describe a hypocrite and fake society.

How are the Europeans presented in George Orwell's story? what are they like?
levacccp [35]

Answer:

"Shooting an Elephant" by George Orwell

The Europeans are presented as unnecessary despots, who foolishly portray themselves as lords, by imposing their rule over others, nothing realizing that they are becoming a laughing stock of the ruled. Imperialists all over history think that they are in control not knowing that they have lost their will power to the people, whom they think they dominate. Like masked people, who have grown to resemble the masks they wear with ingrained habits and prejudices, Europeans must dance to the music that only the crowds know how best to play.

Explanation:

George Orwell's 1936 short story titled: "Shooting an Elephant" describes his experiences as a Burmese colonial police officer, torn in-between loyalty to his official duty and the dictates of his conscience. According to George Orwell, imperialism and colonialism attract the wicked man's reward: lack of appreciation.
