Yes . This is because usually social class depends on the amount of money a person has. So, if someone is poor they will continue to be seen as lower class unless they earn money. The same goes with being rich; if you have more money then the average person you will most likely be seen as high class except the amount of money you have decreases.

I believe that most people are raised and pressured by society to think that way. Most people tend to follow in the footsteps of their parents which can be a good or bad thing. But recently people have been more likely to break boundaries and step out of the class they are brought up in.

1. How do adults and children treat Auggie differently?
adell [148]

Adults and children treat Auggie differently because adults are more concerned with appearance, while children are more concerned with the fun and well-being that a person can provide.

Based on this, we can answer the other questions as follows:

 • Spatial metaphors help the plot show how Auggie needed real-world escapism.
 • He loved Star Wars because of the different-looking creatures. So he felt more comfortable.
 • The various points of view are beneficial because they make the story deeper and the viewer's knowledge more complete.
 • The theme "choose kind" shows that kindness is essential in all social relationships, regardless of the individual's appearance and situation.
 • Throughout the film, Auggie becomes more confident and has a greater acceptance of who he is.

Who is Auggie?

Auggie is a boy who has Treacher Collins syndrome, a disease that affects the growth of the bones in his face. This makes Auggie look unusual, beyond any standard of beauty. This appearance makes him suffer prejudice from many people, who do not know that he is a good and kind boy.

3. The extreme ______ of his stock portfolio translated into a ______ display of emotion: on lucrative days he felt ecstatic; on
LenKa [72]

Answer:

volatility...mercurial

Explanation:

The second part of the sentence helps us infer its meaning; it denotes changes in one's mood. From the first part of the sentence, then, we can see that these mood swings mimicked changes in his stock portfolio.

Basically, depending on the balance on his stock portfolio, the person was either ecstatic either depressed.

Now that we've infered the context of the sentence, it's not hard to see that the word pair we're looking for has to do something with changes, variability, inconsistency, tendency to easily fluctuate in short period of the time.

The only pair that could fit in this description is "volatility...mercurial".
