Explanation:

It can distrupts are sleep schdules. Naturally ( when we aren´t distracted by our technology.) Our bodies have our own "cyridan rhytms ¨ and tend to favor getting sleepy around when the sun sets. Night time helps out bodies ability to produce melatonin — and disrupt our slumber. If we did not  have the night sky sleep would be a little harder, kind of like in Alaska.

If we couldn’t see the night sky our sleep would be off. We use the darkness as a sign it’s time to sleep but without that our bodies wouldn’t know that it is time to sleep
