They may not give you everything but they will more than likely give you most of your demands. But one big danger would be facing the fact of being fired. If you don't work and you go on strike you could be facing the fact of being fired. With this being said I personally think that this isn't a solution that people should go to because it can be dangerous because it can lead to death or the loss of a job.
