I love that poem, what he means is nothing good can stay, it will fad or disappear, after a wile. hence why he said this
Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
and it means, when fall comes the leafs will fall, "maybe a flower but not more that an hour".

What usually occurs during the conclusion of a story?
Naddika [18.5K]

Answer:

C. The reader understands the characters' motivation.

Explanation:

Think about most works of fiction or other genre of literature and this theme seems to hold true that conclusion provide a way to understand why characters acted the way they did, it provides a way to complete the process of developing the character's true motivation (in a way that reader understands it)

Samuel Taylor Coleridge's "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner" most reflects which romantic ideal?
bixtya [17]
Samuel Taylor Coleridge's "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner" most reflects the Romantic ideal - belief in the supernatural.
This ideal was an important one in the era of Romanticism - just think of Edgar Allan Poe and his horror poems/stories fraught with the supernatural.
