My best answer is character vs self

Explanation:
It is not character vs character because her brother isnt against her (Claire)

Rather than, Claire is having trouble with herself in trying to dive as good as her brother. But she seems to struggle with herself because she can’t attempt to dive and her thoughts are making her question herself. But she came up with the decision to stop and watch instead.

Please say if my answer is correct!
