          In my opinion, the most challenging part of working with others is lack of trust. Trust is vital for teamwork, and it begins with people knowing each other. Team members absolutely need to be familiar, both professionally and personally, particularly in projects where tensions at some point can run high. Otherwise, participants will not understand each other, they will not want to participate because they have not made the human relation and they will not trust each other absolutely.
