Jugé al voleibol con mis amigos en la playa y nadé en el agua. Luego para la cena comí pizza. Cinco días después regresé a Atlanta y comí con mi familia y amigos.

No it’s not past tense, you’re telling the story where it’s taking place in and then you said 5 days later so it’s not in the past tense.
