Answer:

Puffery is something exaggerated.. like for example they complained about school puffery.    (I think think what it means... might not be an accurate example)

Kind of like a hyperbole I guess, its an exaggeration that is not proven to be true.

Example: Pretend the doorbell rings.

"I think there is someone at the door", *response* "No duh".

It is estimated that Beowulf was written between the eighth and the eleventh century. The story is set in modern-day Scandinavia. Beowulf comes from the Geats, a region in Sweden. He visited Hrothgar, the king of the Danes - modern-day Denmark. Beowulf had heard that there was a monster attacking Hrothgar so he went to help Hrothgar defeat the monster.
