do not include 16 as it is not equal to (the line underneath the ‘crocodile’ whereas the ‘crocodile’ next to 8 has a line therefore it is equal to and so you include it.

What is the value of y in the following system?
Y= 3x-5
6x + 3y= 15
nalin [4]
X = 2
y = 1

You can get this by replacing the y in the second equation with the 3x - 5 from the first. Then solve for x. Once you have that value, you can solve for y.

A What fractions can you find that are equivalent to 2/3?
SCORPION-xisa [38]

Answer:

4/6

Step-by-step explanation:

The fraction 4/6 is equal to 2/3 when reduced to lowest terms. To find equivalent fractions, just multiply the numerator and denominator of that reduced fraction (2/3) by any integer number, i.e., multiply by 2, 3, 10, 30... 4/6 is equivalent to 2/3 because 2 x 2 = 4 and 3 x 2 = 6 6/9 is equivalent to 2/3 because 2 x 3 = 6 and 3 x 3 = 9
