English

Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

I personally believe that public education is a basic human right. No person should not have education simply because they could not afford it. Education is important (some things in it anyway...) and I think everyone should have free access to it. Yeah bad explanation but I don't really know how else to explain it.

Answer:

yes it is

Explanation:

Yes! All kids living in the United States have the right to a free public education. And the Constitution requires that all kids be given equal educational opportunity no matter what their race, ethnic background, religion, or sex, or whether they are rich or poor, citizen or non-citizen.

Zigmanuir [339]

Arthur Munroe is characterized as astute and supportive, as option C shows.

Who is Arthur Munroe?

 • He is a character from the game "The last of us."
 • He was an attorney general for the United States Department of Justice.
 • He survived a fungal outbreak that killed most of humanity.

Munroe is a survivor and that made him a brave and astute person. He's also a very empathetic character, who doesn't refuse to help others, even if it puts him in danger, which makes him a very supportive character.
