I personally believe that public education is a basic human right. No person should not have education simply because they could not afford it. Education is important (some things in it anyway...) and I think everyone should have free access to it. Yeah bad explanation but I don't really know how else to explain it.
Yes! All kids living in the United States have the right to a free public education. And the Constitution requires that all kids be given equal educational opportunity no matter what their race, ethnic background, religion, or sex, or whether they are rich or poor, citizen or non-citizen.
