I think that yes hip-hop is a dance genre anyone can participate n because when it comes to hip-hop people can dance to the genre in whatever way they would like to. its one of those freestyle dance types i guess you could say.
Well as long as you know how to dance and you enoy doing it, then theres nothing wrong with dancing to hip-hop. But if you want to look good while dancing then just practice.
