The way that the Nile River influenced ancient Egypt's crop schedule is:

O Crops were harvested when the Nile River was at its lowest point.

Explanation:

The Egyptians planted crops along the banks of the Nile River in October when the Nile River flooding has ended.  From this time, the crops were left to grow with minimal care.  They enjoyed the rich black soil left behind after the yearly floods.  This made the soil fertile, enabling the growing of healthy crops.  Harvesting would naturally take place when the Nile River was at its lowest point between April and June.
