Lang Dulay was a traditional weaver with a design of Traditional T'boli, she was a Filipino born in 1928, and was famous because of her work in preservation of weaving T'nalak which was the tradition of her people, the weaving T'nalak is a dyed fabric that is been produced from refined abaca fibre. She was honoured by National Living Treasures Award because of her work. It should be noted that Lang dulay is Tinalak weaver who have produced creations which remain faithful to the T'boli tradition as manifested in the complexity of her design, fineness of workmanship and quality of finish.
