One of the best songs of the sixties that I have heard was “The
Times They Are A Changing” by Bob Dylan.
Clearly this song reflects the growing change in attitude among the
young during the sixties as if they were now showing their breaking away from
the ideals and beliefs of their parents.
How they were now asserting their views for it was their time and they
showed during that period in history.
It provided greater political freedom to women
He focused on the inflation rate. He concentrated on mandatory price controls.
This covered rent, wages and other prices as a solution to resolve the
inflation. This also enabled the dollar to float compared to other
currencies. Unfortunately it had a
negative response to businessmen as it resulted in food shortages. The inflation also returned which meant that
the solutions were a failure.
The philosophies of individualism and secularism were similar during the European Renaissance because d) each philosophy deemphasized the importance of religion. This was because individualism emphasized that the individual could make their own choices (without influence from the government or the church) and secularism emphasized living a life without the church (or the influence of the church).
