HELP!!!!!! Write a short story based on the notes and scenes you created in Lesson 1. Your story should focus on one of the main

characters you explored in that earlier assignment and expand on his or her struggle. The premise of the story is the same as in Lesson 1: Two contestants in a talent show have accidentally swapped bodies and must perform each other's acts. You'll rely on narrative elements, such as dialogue, to make the story engaging. You'll also include a clear beginning, middle, and end. Later, in Lesson 3, you'll have a chance to give your short story a thorough revision. Your story should include the following elements: A main character who faces a clear source of conflict Dialogue to show how the characters speak Conflict that the main character must resolve Tension that builds as the main character tries to resolve the conflict A beginning that introduces the central conflict and gives the main character a goal A middle in which the tension builds to a climax An ending that shows what happens to the main character once the conflict is over

What would be an example of foreshadowing in a story about a magician who ends up going bad from too much power?
densk [106]
Foreshadowing is a clever technique used to kind-of hint at or present that something will happen usually by not giving too much away.

In your example, a means of foreshadowing could be multiple methods, from subtle hints that he enjoys or craves his power to how he uses it constantly to fight evil or whatever. However this works, they're subtle hints that foreshadow that he may turn evil himself by doing so.

Generally speaking, foreshadowing is really a means of trying to hint at something like that, but of course people can also pull a trick on the foreshadowing element was misleading by not having what it was attempting to "foreshadow" come to pass.

Anyhow, I hope that answers your question and can help you. If you have any other questions regarding this I'll be willing to help. Have a great rest of your day! ^ ^

If the world were 100 people would we fight harder
Lynna [10]

Answer:

Yes and no, because there would be less people and they wouldn't want to fight because they have to rely on each other for survival. They would fight harder for their survival but not with each other in my opinion.
