Deffense [45]

Answer:

Catholic Church Reform

Explanation:

Earlier views: The will of God was found to be in scripture, and the interpreter of that will remained the church. Fighting and identifying heresies. An important question was also about the sacrament that caused disagreements between Catholics and Lutherans, so that part was also successfully resolved.

Reform: Efforts have been made to suppress church abuse. Accumulation of privileges is prohibited, and regular control of ecclesiastical persons is required. A parishioner magazine was also introduced.

Council positions have been maintained to this day, and the Parliament itself has been held on several occasions and in several locations, from 1545 to 1563.

What did English rulers realize that the colonies could provide for them? Give examples.
svp [43]
As for material wise, the English realized that the American Colonies could provide a stable stream of funds that relied on the production, refining, and sale of many different supplies and crops. Such examples would be Tobacco, Sugar (not 100% on this one), and Cotton (later on). Other products that could be produced in the Americas were whale oil and seafood. As for influence, the English noticed that they could claim large parts of Unclaimed (and sometimes claimed, which they woukd fight for) North America such as parts of Canada and almost the entire East Coats in order to spread the influence of the Crown further throughout the world. It was also a power struggle fight between Britain, France, and Spain, which was another reason for the colonies.

Vesnalui [34]

During the cold war, the united states advocated liberal democracy, while the soviet union supported: a single-party political system

The political position of the United States during the Cold War was based on defending the political ideals that were the basis for the freedom of a liberal democracy. On the other hand, the so-called Soviet Union was convinced that a single-party political system was the best way to govern, with communism and socialism being the pillars of its political ideology.

What is the cold war?

The cold war was a political conflict between the Soviet Union, which supported a communist political model, and the United States, which defended democracy. During this conflict there was no direct confrontation and it was based on the latent tension of the possibility of using weapons of mass destruction.
