Well u can study ur notes or whatever 3 times every like 2 days and then keep doing it and eventually u will remember it actually works really well

I think it is c because impede means delay so you are delaying the writer's creativity. when doing a research paper you are basing off facts and opinion, there is no need for creativity unless you are writing a fictional story.
