Answer:

The problems with the Articles of Confederation are all related to inadequate powers of the national government with too much power for the state. The framers of the Constitution aimed to build on the strengths of the Articles of Confederation but also fix the problems with the Articles of Confederation.

Answer:

One of the biggest problems was that the national government had no power to impose taxes. To avoid any perception of “taxation without representation,” the Articles of Confederation allowed only state governments to levy taxes. Foreign governments were reluctant to loan money to a nation that might never repay it.

kotykmax [81]

Answer:

The difficulty Plato faced in composing the dialogue was to somehow justify Socrates' decision to stay in prison rather than try to escape after his wrongful condemnation. To do this, Plato had to draw out a distinction between the just Laws, which Socrates must obey by staying in prison, and the unjust behavior of Socrates' accusers, who sentenced him to death.

why might a sanction against the use of chemical or biological weapons be part of the Geneva conventions
Elena-2011 [213]
One of the main reasons why a sanction against the use of chemical or biological weapons be part of the Geneva conventions is because these types of weapons proved to be extremely terrible and torturous in warfare, and no country wanted their citizens exposed to such weapons. <span><span>
