Answer:

Number of bricks is 5

Step-by-step explanation:

We have volume of wall 60m^3. Then we are also given number of bricks size 20cm ×12cm× 5cm.

By multiplying this number we grt 1200cm^3. But answer is needed in meter so divide 1200 with 100 because to change cm into m we need to divide with hundred. Then we have 12m^3 as volume of bricks.

To get no. of bricks we have formula

N = volume of wall ÷ volume of bricks

N = 60 ÷ 12

N = 5

Thus the number of bricks is 5.

Ask me again if you got confused i will explain it more briefly..

What are the solutions to the compound inequality -14<4x-10<6
wariber [46]

Answer:

-1 < x < 4

Step-by-step explanation:

First separated the compound

-14 < 4x - 10

4x - 10 < 6

Then solved for each

-14 < 4x - 10

-4 < 4x

-1 < x

4x - 10 < 6

4x < 16

x < 4

Then put the inequality together (if applicable)

-1 < x < 4
