Answer:

I remember helping a woman find something she needed at a store. I know it doesn't seems like much but I don't like to talk at all to anyone and she spoke a language I didn't understand. I felt brave when I helped her because I stepped out of my comfort zone. Within two minutes I was able to help her and I felt proud of myself.

One would add first names if there were multiple authors mentioned with the same surname. If there are many more authors one would add "et al." inside of the parentheses. If the name of the author is unknown then one would add the title of the work which is being cited.
