English

Answer: kindness

Explanation:

one never knows

how far a word of kindness goes;

one never sees

how far a smile of friendship flees.

down, through the years,

the deed forgotten reappears.

One kindly word

the souls of many here have stirred.

Man goes his way

and tells with every passing day,

until life's end,

once unto me he played the friend;

We cannot say

what lips are praising us to-day.

We cannot tell

whose prayers ask God to guard us well.

But kindness lives

Beyond the memory of him who gives.

Answer:

Explanation:

A bystander can help others by discouraging people from hurting others or from breaking the rules. However, it is not helpful to do nothing. Therefore, A and C must be incorrect. On the other hand, B is correct because bystanders can help people either by themselves or with other bystanders.

Choose the one that uses modifiers in a grammatically correct manner.
Sati [7]

Modifiers have to be carefully placed in a sentence in order to convey the exact message and avoid ambiguity or confusion that can cause a humorous effect. In this case, the sentence that is written clearly and that uses modifiers in a grammatically correct manner without introducing ambiguity is C: To raise a good dog, patience is useful.
