There are many characteristics required to be a good leader, responsibility being one of this. This is because, unlike the average citizen, leaders make decisions that have an influence on a large group of people. They need to think of how their actions affect others and how those actions might be perceived. They also need to have skills such as good time management and communication to be a good leader.
They should also lead by example, since their actions and attitudes have an effect on the population which they are governing. Leaders are looked upon as an inspiration and as being able to lead through difficult times. If they are irresponsible, they might not achieve the necessary objectives and might have a negative effect on the rest of the population.
Answer: Judaism
Details:
The covenant that YAHWEH made with Abraham was a unilateral (one-sided) promise. Apart from anything Abraham did, God was promising that he was going to bring about a great nation from Abraham's offspring, and that the nation descended from him would possess the land of Canaan. The descendants of Abraham are the Jewish people, and Canaan became known as their land, Israel. (Israel was a name God gave to Abraham's grandson, Jacob, that then became the name of his descendant people.)
God also included the promise of a Messiah in the covenant with Abraham, saying, "Through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed" (Genesis 22:18).
See Genesis chapter 17 and also Genesis 22:15-18 for the Bible's account of these covenant promises.

Examples:

As far as evil people go, my vote has to go to Adolf Hitler.
- This man brought radical bigotry to its most extreme, disgusting, logical conclusion.
- It was precisely because of him that racism has backed down so much since then.
- It still exists, don’t get me wrong, but he proved the sorrow & misery that come with it.
- Because of his relentless drive to consume Europe, he motivated constant technological & economic growth. He instigated the first aerial battle in human history.
- He had his army working on so many projects to improve their arsenal; some were good, some were not so good, but either way, his army has had a massive influence on virtually every other known to exist.
- His Nazi employees conducted inhumane experiments that nevertheless gave us much valuable data that we still use today.
- Hitler altered the landscape - sometimes literally, via explosive war - and redrew boundaries on a massive scale.
- There are many ways Hitler contributed to the culture we live in today.
- Most of his influence is bad, but we can all look at him and go, “Wow. THAT is pure evil.” So he has also shown us what to not do.
- You could say he was evil in the way that Jesus was good, and to the same degree.
- He was the polar opposite of Christ, and acted as an emissary of utter evil.
The First Man
- My vote would go for the first man that developed a spear and set humanity on the road to apex predator and world domination.
- Until that time throwing a rock may not have driven predators such as cave bears, wolves or saber toothed tigers away but the spear could hold them at bay and ensure hunting prowess against much larger game such as oxen and the mammoth.
- Be he Neanderthal or Cro-Magnon the spear gave him the edge for continued survival.
Hope this helps you!
Have a Great Day!
