The topic which the poem "Sea Rose" is mostly concerned about is what we as a society value as beauty, as stated in option B and explained below.

What is the poem "Sea Rose" about?

The poem discusses the topic of what we, as a society, value as beauty by comparing a regular, fresh rose to a sea rose. The latter is dry, harsh, and has an acrid fragrance, whereas the former is moist, soft, and has a sweet smell.
According to the speaker, there is more beauty to the sea rose, although society would value the regular rose the most. The sea rose, as the speaker explains, has suffered a lot - has been "flung" and "lifted". Its beauty comes from its history, from everything it went through.
With the information above in mind, we can select option B as the correct answer.

"why breakfast is the most important meal of the day"
I say this becasue talking about the U.S Government could take more than 10 minutes.
Also when you're "training" someone its a long process, so talking to someone about training your dog could take even longer.
Also when you're typically "thanking someone for coming to your party" it's a long list. (unless you had a party with like, 3 people. but whats a party with only 3 people?? o.o )so that crosses off "a thank-you speech to guests who have come to a party"
Hope this helps.
