Use both the preterite and imperfect tenses to describe a not so picture perfect memory from your life.
scZoUnD [109]

To prepare the text as requested, attention must be paid to the differences between the Preterite and the Imperfect Tense, after which it can be conjugated correctly.

Preterite and Imperfect Tense in Spanish

The difference between the use of the preterite and the imperfect tense is that when preterite conjugations are used, a base reference to the tense in which they occur is usually given.

For its part, the imperfect tense is used when the period of time to which it refers is not mentioned exactly, that is, the day or date.

Finally, to write the requested text properly, you must:

 1. Select the memory you want to recount.
 2. Identify in each sentence that is going to be used if the time or date is well defined.
 3. Use the preterite or imperfect tense as appropriate.

Le escribimos para informarle que su servicio de larga distancia ya (1) (funcionar) a través de (through) nuestra empresa. Ahora
hjlf

Answer:

Explanation:

Here in this problem we need to use either the present indicative and the present subjunctive for the verbs in parentheses. Therefore, we have:

1. Funciona comes from the verb functionar and matches the present indicative for the third person singular.

2. Cuestan comes from the verb costar and matches the present indicative for the third person singular.

3. Haga comes from the verb hacer and matches usted in the present subjunctive

4. Quiera comes from the verb querer and matches usted in the present subjunctive

5. Responden comes from the verb responder and matches the present indicative for the third person plural

6. Puede comes from the verb poder and matches the present indicative for the subject pronoun usted

7. Sea comes from the verb ser and matches the third person singular in the present subjunctive

8. Elija comes from the verb elegir and matches usted in the present subjunctive

9. Tiene comes from the verb tener and matches usted in the present indicative

10. Se conecte, se is a reflexive pronoun while conecte matches the present subjunctive for the third person plural

sea un problema. Le sugerimos que elija nuestra empresa para conectarse a Internet. Es cierto que usted tiene muchas opciones, pero le aconsejamos que se conecte a través de nuestra empresa para obtener los mejores precios y servicios. Tan pronto como usted decida usar nuestros servicios, llámenos. Nosotros le daremos toda la información que necesite.
