Troy and Allan are in the mood to have a hamburger for lunch. Troy wants to grill the hamburger outside instead of cooking it on
lutik1710 [3]

Answer:

It is an example of sensory interaction.

Explanation:

The human body has 5 different senses, vision, hearing, smell, taste and touch. They often work altogether to give us a wide variety of sensations, even memories.

Taking the example provided above, Troy is mainly using the senses of smell and taste which commonly work together, e.g. when you smell freshly baked bread or cookies you can almost feel the flavor of it. Not only the senses of smell and taste work together but all the senses also combine each other in many different ways, for example, vision and taste when we see food on TV commercials, or hearing and vision when we watch movies.

That is sensory interaction, the influence/interaction of one sense over others.

Which statement best describes the difference between a monologue and a soliloquy?
kari74 [83]
He difference between a monologue and a soliloquy is in the fact that in a monologue, the speaker is addressing an audience, whereas in a soliloquy, the author is just thinking out loud, as it his intended for himself. This is used so that the audience can better understand the internal struggles of the character.

How can you fix a run on sentence
Kryger [21]

If the sentence is two independent clauses then you need either a semicolon or period to fix. If it’s a dependent and an independent clause the a comma would suffice.
