Answer:

l am writing this letter to the Honorable chairman, the reason for the writing of this letter is to request an urgent good roads network and building of a hospital in our community

The challenges facing our community in terms of bad roads are tough, Farmers, trader and others specialized in commercial jobs are finding it difficult to transport their products to the consumer.Bad roads are also causing accidents in the community which is reducing our population due to the common accidents leading to death.

Furthermore,me and my people also requested an big hospital that offers services to the citizens of the town because a community without a hospital can be called a community without future, many of our people are dying because of many untimely diseases as a result of using traditional herbs which are not good for the health.

In conclusion, we implored you to take an urgent measure to get our request granted health is wealth.

           Yours faithfully

           Gibtoh

Answer: dreams and ambition by using metaphors.

Explanation: As you know, a metaphor is acomparison between things that are not related with each other at first sight, that is why that In the given excerpt from Act II of "Hamlet" by William Shakespeare, we can see the use of metaphors to compare and describe dreams (by comparing them to ambition and shadow: "Which dreams, indeed, are ambition" and "A dream itself is but a shadow") and ambition (by comparing it to a shadow's that can be: "and I hold ambition of so airy and light a quality that it is but a shadow’s shadow".
