Answer:

l am writing this letter to the Honorable chairman, the reason for the writing of this letter is to request an urgent good roads network and building of a hospital in our community

The challenges facing our community in terms of bad roads are tough, Farmers, trader and others specialized in commercial jobs are finding it difficult to transport their products to the consumer.Bad roads are also causing accidents in the community which is reducing our population due to the common accidents leading to death.

Furthermore,me and my people also requested an big hospital that offers services to the citizens of the town because a community without a hospital can be called a community without future, many of our people are dying because of many untimely diseases as a result of using traditional herbs which are not good for the health.

In conclusion, we implored you to take an urgent measure to get our request granted health is wealth.

           Yours faithfully

           Gibtoh

How did the author's use of Charlie's journal to tell his story impact the way we
Mice21 [21]

Answer:

The first-person narration keeps readers close to Charlie, and makes Charlie both an identifiable and likeable character. When characters have disagreements with Charlie (such as Nemur saying he has become arrogant and selfish), readers are more apt to side with Charlie. Of course, this limits the amount of information that can be delivered, since what is told must be something that Charlie knows. However, the choice of using a first-person narrator in general also increases the pathos of the story, as it heightens the sense of sadness at Charlie’s eventual deterioration. It also gives insight into what Charlie is thinking, which is remarkably important in a story that is concerned with the mind.
