Beethoven's independent spirit influenced his work in that
TEA [102]

Ludwig van Beethoven was a musical genius that was born in Bonn, Germany, around 16th December, 1770 and passed on in 1827. Beethoven has been widely recognized as one of the most important and influential musical composers of all times and he became a milestone in music with many of his compositions, which have been played many times around the world. From an early age, Beethoven displayed a great talent for music and through the influence of several teachers, and his own father, Beethoven began to develop his talent until he became one of the greatest composers of all time. Among the many things that can be said about this man´s music is that: first, it was highly influenced by the music of other great composers, not the least of which are Mozart, Haydn and J.S Bach, from whom, in the three recognized periods of development of his musical talent, Beethoven took certain elements to apply them to his own compositions. The second is that his greatest works were developed after he was struck deaf and the third is that as his illness progressed, and with his temper having always been passionate, Beethoven began a stage of separation from all his inlfuencers and thus started to develop music that became completely different from that of earlier composers, and thus, he helped music to transition from its classical stage to its Romantic stage. One thing that Beethoven did have, was a free spirit, given by his dislike for social differences and social inequality. These beliefs influenced his music and this could be seen through A: there were often dynamic parts to his compositions, a characteristic that had not been present in classical music and which marked the beginnings of the expression of emotions through music.
