Answer:

Every day someone is executed and sentenced to death. Every day people punished by the state for a variety of crimes. Everyday someone or multiple die without this punishment why make more. Everyday someone is punished, sometimes for acts that shouldn't be criminalized. In some Countries, it can be drug-related offences, in others terrorism-related acts and murders.

Some countries even execute children, minors, people under the age of 18 when the crime was committed. Others use this penalty on mental and intellectual disabilities. And people with unfair trials have received the death penalty.  People can spend years on the death row and essentially not know when their time is up, and how much time they have left, or whether they will see their families for the last time.

The death penalty is an ultimate cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment. I as a person wanna oppose the death penalty in all cases with NO exception; regardless of who is accused, the nature of the circumstances or the crime, the guilt or the innocence, or the method. Everyday someone loses their life, lets not make it because of a punishment.

Olegator [25]

Answer:

b. "Why is this good or bad?"

Explanation:

When preparing speech for a question of value, the speaker should bear in mind that he will be addressing matters bordering on morality. This means that he will answer questions pertaining to how good or bad a matter is. To prepare for such a speech, the speaker should make an introduction of the information or appeal to be discussed.

He should provide facts and evidence that will support his chosen side. While doing this, he should also consider the perspective of his audience. Other kinds of speeches address question of facts and questions of policy.
