Answer:

Schubert's Die Forelle is one of his most famous works that is set to a text about a trout that swims upstream, only to be caught by an angler. Die Forelle follows a modified strophic form as AABA', in which the first two stanzas follow the same music (A and A) and the third (BA') is set to different music. It starts with a short piano introduction that repeats in the interlude after the first and second stanzas, and as a postlude after the third. This composition is said to be strophic because all the verses are set to the same music in the first and second stanzas.

Through-composed, as opposed to strophic, form is used to describe music where different verses are set to different music. In the case of Die Forelle, the third stanza is set to a different kind of music from the first and second; therefore, this part is Through-composed.

Die Forelle in its entirety is a composition that is both strophic (the same) and at the same time Through-composed (varied).

Answer:

The Mushroom

Explanation:

Once there was a mushroom in a forest hidden from sun light and all other life. All life was astute towards the tiny mushroom, until one day the ground below him moved a couple of inches. After that day nothing was the same the once was little vulnerable mushroom was now one hundred little mushrooms he was multiplying, this was the start of his world domination. The spores in his little mushroom body was producing a type of poison that was reaching outside of his body spreading from tree to bush from bush to bug and from bug to leaf. The mushroom was evolving he could now think like something with a brain, his next move was to spread his poison to the watering hole to eliminate all competition. In which it worked it killed all other animals and plants in the forest, at this point there was no forest just decaying tree's.

There was one issue that would become a big problem for the little mushroom, humans. They have way more intelligence than the wild animals of the forest. The mushroom needed to have a figment of imagination, he decided to spread his roots around a tree and grab a sharp branch and dangle it from above a tree. Then he would spread his spores in an area below the sharp branch in a derogatory way. The humans were coming and this was the little mushrooms chance to strike, but the humans were in bulldozers and they started clearing all of the decayed tree's running over almost all of the mushrooms. The little mushroom was the last one standing in a open field with the remains of his slaughtered brothers and sisters all around him, he had no choice but to live the rest of his life under ground where it is dark and cold.

1. How do cultural differences contribute to conflicts over environmental issues?   2. What is the value of self-reflection in p
Natalija [7]
1.) Cultural differences can have an extreme affect on the conflict over environmental issues. People in different cultures often have different life experiences and different values. A culture that doesn't value the environment and only wants to make a profit will have no problem destroying the environment in pursuit of a profit. Korea and America could be viewed this way. Countries that place value on the environment, like Sweden, will fight to aid in the protection of the environment no matter the cost--while America may want to reject any plans they have for this in the quest for a better profit.
