This question is more of a personal opinion, that being said I do not think it is fair. In a fair world individuals that make large quantities of money such as 100,000 should be the ones that have to pay for such services as postal services. Individuals that do not make as much should be the ones receiving these benefits such as postal service because it is already difficult for them to pay their necessities to live and do not always have enough to pay for such services.
