EEOC was created in the historic Civil Rights Act of 1964. This Bill address discrimination in the work place and seek to prevent it to happen with programs such as E RACE (Eradicating Racism And Colorism from Employment) and LEAD (Leadership for the Employment of Americans with Disabilities).
