The primary components of the Central Powers consisted of the German Empire, Austro-Hungary, the Ottoman Empire, and the Kingdom of Bulgaria. The Emirate of Jabal Shammar was also of member of the Central Powers but did not necessarily have as significant of a role in the Western and Eastern theaters of WWI. You may want to clarify if the Emirate of Jabal Shammar should be included in your answer.

You should note that the governments of the Central Powers of WWI do not exist today, although several governments may have contemporary counterparts that continue to subsist today (i.e. Germany).
