Without a nutrition label, it can be hard to tell exactly how much food is the right amount. When you have a slice of lasagna at

your grandma’s house or a dish of ice cream at a sundae party, how do you know whether you’re eating a healthy portion size or going overboard?" What does the phrase "going overboard" mean here?

Answer:

The phrase "going overboard" means that you ate too much. This means that you are stuffed and you can't eat anymore. This is not healthy. what you should do is eat until you are not hungry anymore. this means that you eat but you are not stuffing yourself and you are eating a healthy amount of food.

emmasim [6.3K]

Answer: It was Christmas eve, the grass was wet and it was rather cold outside. As i was walking towards the cattle i use to feed the farm animals i noticed a snake lying on the ground. Knowing that it was cold out side my first instinct was to take it in. When i walked into my warm home my son greeted me with a hug and i showed him the snake i had just found. The snake then jumped at my son, almost biting him so i had no choice but to chase the little guy away.
