The natural resources of our planet are characterized by being mostly non-renewable resources, that is, as their use progresses, their scarcity increases. Therefore, the management of natural resources, given their scarcity, must be a matter of global interest, in order to make decisions that benefit the entire world population in their relationship with these resources.
