Describe what you think it must have been like to be an Aeronaut. plsss help

I think it must have been amazing to be an Aeronaut. The feeling of being able to have ‘power/ control’ in the sky. Feeling wind blowing through your hair as you fly through air in an aircraft I would feel a sense of freedom while in the air.
