In an Absolute Monarchy you have 1 person with ABSOLUTE power that is passed down by blood ties to the family. Example a King dying and his Son takes control.
In a Democratic government the power is elected and shared. Examples would be like the US government system with a president, congress, and judicial system or the british parliament and prime minister.

WILL MARK BRAINLIEST LOTS OF POINTS
nadezda [96]

Answer:

The high-tech boom began in the Silicon Valley in California, but the information economy soon shifted to a global phenomenon as U.S. companies began outsourcing production and services to other countries in order to reduce costs.

Demographic trends brought increases in the numbers of immigrants, changes in their national origins, more frequent illegal immigration, and a graying of America as the general population aged.  The North American Free Trade Act (NAFTA) intended to stimulate trade with Mexico and Canada also stimulated debate and controversy as some Americans lost jobs. President Clinton and his wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, initiated an unsuccessful examination of health care and how it could be provided more equitably and efficiently.  Vice President Al Gore took the lead in addressing environmental issues and global warming, but as of 2011, the United States has not ratified the Kyoto Protocol that a world meeting had intended to limit greenhouse emissions . Cultural issues related to abortion, gun control, and gays in the military played out during the Clinton years with conflicts between liberals and conservatives, who brought differing perspectives to these issues.  Osama bin Laden helped found al-Qaeda, whose goals included driving Americans out of all Islamic nations, destroying Israel, and toppling pro-Western governments in the Middle East.  In response to the 9/11 attacks, U.S.-led troops invaded Afghanistan with the goals of toppling the Taliban regime and finding bin Laden.

miv72 [106K]

Answer:

In his farewell address, President George Washington warn against becoming overly involved with foreign politics.

Explanation:

In his Farewell Address, Washington warned against foreign influence in domestic affairs and US interference in European affairs. He warned against bitter partisanship in domestic politics and urged men to go beyond partisanship and serve the common good. He warned against "permanent alliances with any part of the outside world," and said the United States should focus primarily on American interests. He advised friendship and trade with all nations, but cautioned against participating in European wars and entering into long-term "entanglements" of alliances.

The Farewell Address quickly established the values of America regarding religion and foreign affairs.

11Alexandr11 [23.1K]

Answer:

A. Because it was delivered during a critical time period in history

Explanation:

At the time when Churchill gave his speech, Germany was an extraordinary threat. His speech motivated the British nation to keep fighting the war that was only in its beginning and to never surrender whatever the cost. To fight in their darkest hour without hesitation to defend their native soil. Many believe that his speeches were the thing that motivated the British to go on even when the bombs were falling on their cities.
