Hello~

Expository writing is used to convey factual information (as opposed to creative writing, such as fiction). It is the language of learning and understanding the world around us. If you've ever read an encyclopedia entry, a how-to article on a website, or a chapter in a textbook, then you've encountered examples of expository writing.

Masteriza [31]

Answer:

I would say the crowd presses in expectantly or the last one

Explanation:

The reason I say this is because he is being pressured by the expectation of the people. It is also the only one that fits. Reading the excerpt says that he is being pressured especially with the part that says "The people expected it of me and I had got to do it; I could feel their two thousand wills pressing me forward, irresistibly." Which shows that he is in fact being pressured by expectation the answer was in the excerpt you just had to look close enough!! I really hope this helps!

What was the major financial change between post-world war 2 borrowers and borrowers after 1970?
Ainat [17]
After the World War 2, the economy of the country was growing because of the Industrial Revolution. Borrowers were confident that they could pay their debts and banks allowed big loans. During the 1970's, it was the time of the Great Depression. There were a lot of people who needed money but hundreds of banks closed and it was difficult to find a stable and good paying job that would allow the banks to approve big loans.
