example:

title: fruits and the effect on the body

into: what are fruits and where they can be found

research if there's an effect, if there's one, get three points for the most;

example: fruits helps you to sleep and then elaborate

there are natural sweetners in them in them which cause headaches

none of that is factual, just used as examples
