If this was about Japan, they called for expansions into
other territories and launched military campaigns and the country became more
militaristic. They invaded China and seized Manchuria. This would lead to invasion and occupation of
other Asian countries as well.
i don’t know what you have read, but there are multiple health challenges facing the world.
1) there are people who refrain from getting vaccinated which may give them an increased risk in other diseases.
2) there are starting to be a lot of diseases the past couple decades in which major medicines don’t even work anymore.
I believe the answer is between A and D - I forgot the book but remember this question xD. I'd go for D personally.
