How did the open range system benefit ranchers during the western cattle boom
slamgirl [31]

The correct answer is:

During the western cattle boom, the open range system allowed ranchers to graze herds on the open range, meaning public land once owned by the Plains Indians and their buffalo herds.

The western cattle boom brought thousands of settlers, mostly cattle ranchers that used the grasslands of the Great Plains to raise and sell cattle. The subsequent economic growth added to America's ascent to power.

True or False: The dominant group is the victim of unequal treatment at the hands of the minority group.
Naddika [18.5K]
Well I don't know what era you're studying, but that's almost certainly false.

The minority groups are usually treated unequally by the dominant groups, as if there are say 90% White Caucasians and 10% Black Africans, the White Caucasians are likely to treat the 10% harshly as they're different.
