This advancement would no doubt firstly help people to live longer on earth. People would be able to achieve their desires and aspirations without being worried of getting old. People would also be able to spend time more time and years with their loved ones.

However, this advancement could be dangerous in some ways. The earth will get populated rapidly as people won't die of old age. Thereby disrupting the cycle of life on earth. There will be fight for resources and position on earth. People would hold their positions and resources for a longer period of time denying opportunity to many.
