Why were the slaves treated like they were on the ships to the Americans ?
almond37 [142]
I think the ships were not large enough for all the slaves to be comfortable, so they were crowded. The slaves were thought of as items so their well-being was unimportant to them. The use of slaves was not so they could be treated well, but so they could work themselves to death so feeding them was not a priority.

8. How does a candidate win a state's electoral votes?
iogann1982 [59]

Answer: All states have varied numbers of electoral votes that go to either candidate depending on the state's vote. In most of the country's 50 states, electors are determined on a winner-take-all basis, which means that the candidate who wins the state's popular vote will also take all of its electoral votes.

The unrest reflected in the image is best explained by which of the following features of the Russian government at the time of
sashaice [31]

The correct answer is Russian Revolution

The Russian Revolution of 1917 was one of the main events of the 20th century. This event broke out during the First World War (1914-1918), despite its antecedents going back to 1905, when the first revolutionary attempt took place, which had as its trigger the remarkable episode known as Bloody Sunday.

The main aspect of the Russian Revolution is that it was guided by communist doctrine, developed by the German philosopher Karl Marx in the 19th century - with the proviso that such doctrine was complemented and added to a strategic plan by the one who became the most important leader of the revolution: Lenin.
